PSALM 108: 3-5  ‘I will praise you, O Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. For great is your love, higher than the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and let your glory be over all the earth.’ Psalm 108:3-5 https://my.bible.com/bible/111/PSA.108.3-5

God is so good! He is faithful in all He does! The key to having faith over fear is found in Christ alone and in God’s Word, the Bible. John chapter 1 tells us more about this ‘Word’. 1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning.” The Word of God has always been since God created it. The Word is personal: it is always with God and in fact ‘is God’! He was with God from the very beginning. He = Jesus. So, the bible declares that the Word of God is in fact Jesus Christ Himself. So in order to be filled with faith, we need to to be filled with God’s Word and allow Jesus Christ to dwell within us.

As Christians, Jesus Christ lives within us. He is mighty to save and empowers us by His Holy Spirit to have victory in every area of our lives. And He gives us peace by giving us Himself (Ephesians 2:14). Without Christ in our lives, we do not have this power or victory or peace. But every one of us needs it. If you would like to invite Jesus into your heart, you can do that today. This is called Salvation (Acts 16:31). Each one of us needs to be saved from our sins (Romans 3:23). Only the Lord Jesus Christ can do this for you. No one else. You can be saved by asking Him to come into your heart to be your Lord and Savior. Repent and ask Him to forgive you of all of your sins. He will come into your heart and wash you clean from all of your past and give you a new beginning in Christ. Thank Him for saving you!

This new beginning brings freedom. You are a new creation! (2 Corinthians 5:17). The bible tells us that you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free (John 8:32). And if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed! (John 8:36). Immerse yourself in God’s Word. This is where your freedom and victory will come from. Again, you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free. And give Him praise! The bible says. ‘Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted…’ (Psalm 148:13). And ‘Let everything that has breath praise the Lord’! (Psalm 150:6).

Be blessed!

The Blessing
